Shinobi Bombers is an anime-inspired blockchain game built around collectible Shinobi NFT heroes, automated Adventure gameplay, character progression, and a player-driven economy.
The project proposes a dual-treasury structure separating gameplay token management from real-world operating expenses.
Supports eligible gameplay services, Adventure chest rewards, community incentives, and long-term reward reserves.
Supports development, hosting, security, infrastructure, marketing, and approved future economic activities.
Obtain collectible heroes across Genin, Chunin, Jonin, Elite, and Legend rarity classifications. Special collections may include Mythic heroes.
Deploy heroes, clear stages, destroy obstacles, collect chest rewards, and progress through new maps. Chakra and hero deployment rules apply.
Combine eligible heroes to progress through supported rarity levels using published fusion requirements. Fusion service fees use SR.
Access Chakra Recovery, Dojo Upgrades, and Sensei. Sensei is purchased with SOL. The Dojo has no separate hero-training service.
Buy Heroes, Sell Heroes, and Make Offer. The initial Marketplace is for supported hero NFTs, not general item trading.
Face challenging bosses and participate in Daily Rewards and Weekly Rewards under published eligibility and reward-pool rules.
Shinobi Ryo is the primary in-game token used for eligible gameplay services and player rewards.
Exception: Sensei uses SOL instead of SR.
The token mint address, supply, launch-platform mechanism, liquidity arrangements, ownership distribution, and relevant authorities must be published once verified.
This revenue model applies only to the live Mainnet server. Beta retains its original test economy. The following percentages apply to approved SR game-service payments; they do not represent allocations of the total token supply at issuance.
The full SR payment for an approved game service follows the 50/30/10/10 distribution below. This replaces the service studio allocation and automatic service burn; deposit and withdrawal fees keep their separate rules.
Long-term SR reserve for approved replenishment of gameplay reward pools.
Funds eligible Adventure chest rewards under controlled reward distribution budgets.
Supports community events, competitions, giveaways, and approved incentives.
Holds supplementary SR for approved economic and reward-system requirements.
The Locked Treasury is a Squads v4 multisig vault requiring 2 of 3 signer approvals, with no single-key configuration authority. Service checkout re-verifies it at finalized commitment against the published registry and refuses payment if its signers, threshold or authority change, or if a game-controlled key is a signer. The Treasury is not time-locked so approved reward replenishment stays available. Public addresses and live verification are shown on the Treasury transparency page.
A wallet label is not proof of a lock. The current adapter verifies multisig restrictions, not a timelock or a prohibition on all possible signer actions. The 30% Active Reward allocation is sent to the Active Reward Pool wallet. Adventure chest claims are paid only from verified, independently approved top-ups into the game claim custody, which are internal transfers and are never split again. Community and Reserve use separate destinations. Boss Hunt, PvP, Sensei SOL and marketplace proceeds are not automatically funded by this pool. Activation requires approved vault configuration.
Eligible Adventure chest rewards may be claimed once every 24 hours. This restriction applies to chest claiming, not to withdrawals of successfully claimed balances.
Claim cooldowns must use authoritative timestamps. Failed claims must not incorrectly consume the cooldown, and duplicate claim processing must be prevented.
The final policy must clarify how unclaimed rewards are treated across multiple claim cycles.
Players may withdraw eligible, already-claimed SR balances at any time, subject to balance verification, available custody backing, network conditions, and security controls.
Example only. Production calculations must use precise token base-unit arithmetic and published rounding rules. Normal blockchain network costs may still apply. (This illustration works in 6-decimal base units and rounds the fee down.)
The withdrawal system must verify ownership and balances, prevent duplicate payouts, maintain adequate backing, and reconcile fee and player-payout movements safely.
SOL revenue funds the operational side of Shinobi Bombers, reducing dependence on selling SR to maintain the game.
Net proceeds from approved limited-edition NFT collections purchased with SOL.
Sensei purchases are denominated in SOL and contribute to the SOL Development Economy.
Actual creator-fee revenue received under applicable platform rules, when available.
Approved sponsorships, grants, and voluntary supporter programs with transparent terms.
Player liabilities, refundable obligations, and assets held on behalf of players are not unrestricted project operating revenue.
During the initial launch, the priority is to fund essential operations, reserve requirements, and security.
| Allocation | Percentage | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Development & Hosting | 65% | Servers, development, infrastructure |
| Emergency Reserve | 20% | Unexpected operating costs |
| Security & Monitoring | 10% | Security and incident response |
| Marketing & Growth | 5% | Community development |
| SR Buybacks | 0% | Inactive during initial phase |
| Additional Liquidity Reserve | 0% | Inactive during initial phase |
Allocation percentages apply to net distributable SOL proceeds after direct expenses, refunds, applicable tax provisions, and fulfillment obligations.
Essential initial token-launch liquidity, if required, must be independently funded and disclosed.
Once essential expenses and reserve targets are met, Shinobi Bombers may transition to the following long-term allocation.
| Allocation | Percentage |
|---|---|
| Development & Hosting | 50% |
| Emergency Reserve | 20% |
| Security Fund | 10% |
| Liquidity Reserve | 10% |
| Marketing & Growth | 5% |
| Optional SR Buybacks | 5% |
Reserve assets may be allocated toward approved liquidity requirements, subject to platform rules, asset availability, treasury governance, and disclosure. These funds are separate from assets already committed to an exchange liquidity pool.
Up to 5% of net distributable SOL revenue may be budgeted for optional SR purchases when sufficient operating surplus exists.
Repurchased SR may be transferred to the approved Locked Treasury, where it becomes subject to treasury restrictions and reward-allocation rules.
The project aims to recycle eligible SR revenue and withdrawal deductions into controlled reward funding.
These streams are accounted for separately. Withdrawal deductions must not be counted again as newly collected service revenue.
Reward budgets must be constrained by actual available funds, verified player obligations, and realistic expected game revenue.
The proposed limited Mythic NFT Box includes a special Mythic hero and an exclusive celestial aura design.
Qualifying Mythic NFT holders receive a proposed 10% discount on eligible in-game purchases while holding the qualifying NFT.
Sensei is a SOL-paid game service. Its eligibility under the holder discount must be made explicit in the final purchase terms; absent a new exclusion, it should be treated as an eligible in-game purchase.
Final Mythic NFT supply, SOL price, issuance mechanics, discount stacking, and ownership terms require official confirmation. NFT ownership does not guarantee financial returns.
The Creators Portal is a planned streamer and influencer program. Creator approval uses an administrator-managed Solana wallet allowlist rather than Discord bot integration.
CP is a non-transferable, non-withdrawable internal rewards balance. It cannot be exchanged directly for SR, SOL, USDC, or cash. It can only be used in the approved Creator Shop.
Creator Shop redemptions are subject to published inventory, supply, and eligibility limits. The 50,000 CP milestone guarantees the awarded CP, not unlimited NFT inventory.
The roadmap describes relative launch days, not confirmed calendar dates. Releases are subject to technical readiness and testing.
Dojo access is limited to Sensei purchases until Day 3.
Unlock the Fusion system and combine eligible Shinobi heroes under published rarity and service requirements.
There is no separate hero-training service.
General item trading is not part of the initial Marketplace release.
Exact discount percentage, prize quantities, rankings, and event terms will be published before the event.
Boss Hunt entrance fees are excluded from the Mythic holder discount.
Shinobi Bombers proposes public reporting on eligible game revenue, player reward funding, treasury movements, and operating allocations.
Where feasible, reports should reference on-chain transactions and reconcile public holdings with internal account balances. Lock restrictions, administrators, upgrade authority, and emergency permissions must be disclosed.
The proposed reporting cadence is monthly, with more frequent dashboard updates when reliable data is available.
SR prices may fluctuate significantly. Buybacks do not guarantee a price floor or market capitalization.
A locked reserve and withdrawal deductions do not guarantee unlimited reward funding.
NFTs may decline in value or have limited resale liquidity. Ownership does not guarantee investment returns.
Smart contracts, wallets, trading venues, custody services, and infrastructure can experience technical failures.
Network disruption, insufficient backing, or security incidents may delay withdrawal settlement.
Financial features may require legal review, and development milestones may change after testing.
